As always a very professional and friendly appointment with Micheal for contact lens check. He is considerate of my health issues and always makes me feel very relaxed. His recomendations are always discussed as a joint decision rather than a dictatorial comand. I always enjoy my appointment and have kept boots as my optisions due to the high service level, even though I could go to one closer to my home.
